  5. Don’t Let Your Past Mistakes Define Who You Are. … Learn to rise above and accept that people make mistakes in life– everyone does. All you can control are your own actions, everything else you’ll need to learn to accept. 
  6. Love Yourself. … By practicing self-love, you are integrating inner peace into your life. Quite simply do things that make you happy
  7. Practice Acceptance and Contentment– Stay clear from negativity. … Instead of looking for the flaws and hopelessness of situations choose to be more positive. Being positive is the best way to regain your sense of inner peace. Steer clear of negativity.
