Grief and Loss: Finding the Way & Healing Fear by Finding Inner Peace

by | Jun 8, 2022

Inner Peace may be found by connecting to your heart center as well as the will to let go of any kind of fear. You must also be willing to allow yourself to be vulnerable, with the confidence of knowing deep within yourself that everything will be all right. This involves giving yourself a break and getting rid of all that negative self-talk.

Inner Peace heals because it offers a direct connection to your higher spiritual self. How is this done?? Through physical relaxation, and mentally focusing on higher ideals. There are also many apps out there to help you with this. I personally like the CALMS app, or you may already have a special spot or perhaps a piece of music that brings you to this place of peace.

Forgiveness is also necessary to find inner peace. Let go of any past hurt and pain to clear your energy. Let go, forgive, and detach. Release any expectations of how the world should work for you.

Once you commit to this commit time every day, even if it is only 5 – 10 minutes. During this time let go of everything in the outer world and allow yourself to be at peace within. Use your imagination and attune to those peaceful feelings, knowing that wherever you place your thoughts you will create your own experiences.

This does not mean you are giving up any kind of control of your life it is important that you continue life as usual, but rather than being your outside thoughts, come from your own center of peace within.

WE HAVE IN US THE POWER TO PERFECT OURSELVES, AND IN TIME COMPLETELY TRANSFORM OURSELVES. BUT THESE TRANSFORMATIONS MUST TAKE PLACE IN OUR INNERMOST THOUGHT LIVES.
